Chairman
Darel Tracy is a manager with Power Engineers.  He holds a BA and an MA in civil engineering from the University of Idaho.  Mr. Tracy was a founding director of the Academy.  He has four children, all of whom attend or have graduated from the Academy.  Mr. Tracy and his family attend Grace Community Church.

Vice Chairman
Mr. Michael Black is a Marketing Manager for Micron Technology and holds a BBA from Boise State University.  Mr. Black has 4 children at the school and joined the board in 2006.  Mr. Black and his family attend The Vineyard church.

Secretary
Mr. Farrell Good holds a BS in Physics from Boise State University.  He is a Development Engineer at Micron Technology with 4 children at the Academy.  Mr. Good joined the board in 2006.  Mr. Good and his family attend Second Baptist Church of Boise.

Director
Mr. David Goodwin is the headmaster of Foundations Academy, and previously worked for Hewlett Packard in Marketing.  He holds a BIS and MBA from Boise State University.  He has 2 children at the school and has served on the board since 1997.  Mr. Goodwin and his family attend All Saints Presbyterian church.

Director
Mr. John Wilford is a Design Manager for Micron Technology and holds a BSEE from California State University, Chico.  He has 4 children at the school and has served on the board since 2002.  Mr. Wilford and his family attend Calvary Chapel, Boise.

Director
Dr. Shelton Woods is an Associate Dean at Boise state University and has a BA from Los Angeles Baptist College, an MA from California State University at Northridge, and a PhD from UCLA.  Dr. Woods has been on the board for over 6 years and has one son who graduated from the school in 2006.  Dr. Woods and his family attend All Saints Presbyterian church.

Director (on sabbatical)
Dr. Scott Yenor is an Associate Professor of political philosophy at Boise State University.  He holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin, and his MA and PhD from Loyola University.  He has 4 children at the school and has served on the board for over 4 years.  Dr. Yenor and his family attend Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Treasurer (non-director position)
Mr. Ozzie Gripentrog is in planning and development with Ingenus.  He holds a BSBA in Finance from UNLV.  Mr. Gripentrog has 2 children at the Academy.  His background is in finance, accounting, and consulting.
